As the industry evolved, my priorities evolved as well. I saw gaps in the traditional approach to client service and recognized opportunities to create something better. I began reshaping how we serve clients, putting their needs at the center of every decision. That shift became a turning point in my career and the foundation of how I build trust with the people who rely on us.
In 2014, I moved to a Multi-Family Office RIA. It was there that I discovered my deeper passion. I enjoyed serving clients, but I found even greater purpose in building teams, strengthening operations, and developing the systems that allow meaningful work to happen. I began to see how strong infrastructure frees advisors to be the business owners they are, giving them space to lead, grow, and stay focused on the people they serve.
Each stage of growth taught me something important about scaling with intention, fostering accountability, and protecting a culture that supports real performance. As Chief Operating Officer at Trek, these lessons guide my work each day. I focus on building the operational backbone that enables advisors to think like entrepreneurs, expand their businesses with confidence, and stay centered on what matters most: their clients.
People remain at the center of everything I do because in this business, change is constant, success is hard-won, and the work that lasts is the work built on strong relationships and steady leadership.
