For more than twenty-five years, I’ve been driven by a passion for designing solutions that simplify the complex. That drive turned me into a serial entrepreneur, twice over, before Trek called me to something bigger.

Since stepping into Trek in 2013, I’ve seen a clear opportunity to help advisors step confidently into their roles as business owners and entrepreneurs, the same path I’ve walked myself. That shared experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges they navigate each day and the aspirations that drive them. Through that lens, our work has expanded to support individual advisors, teams, and RIAs across the country who share the same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to building something lasting.

While my roots are in technology and software development, my current focus as Chief Executive Officer of Trek is building a comprehensive infrastructure of powerful business solutions that can unlock incredible potential. Through this mission, I spend a great deal of time listening to our advisors and their teams, understanding their goals, and staying close to the challenges they navigate every day. I consider it a privilege to work alongside them as we build a community grounded in innovation, trust, and partnership.

What motivates me most is seeing advisors fully step into the work that brought them into this profession. When they have the support to thrive as entrepreneurs and leaders, it validates the opportunity I saw years ago and strengthens my belief in the direction we are building toward.

This is the future of entrepreneurial advisory, and I’m proud to be part of building it.
